1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hairfreeco.com and any purchase you make from HAIRFREE CO. (“HAIRFREE”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the site you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy & Cookies policy. We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one published here at the time you place it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us.
3. Our products
HAIRFREE products are cosmetic hair-removal creams for external use only. Packaging and shade may vary slightly from images. Always read the label, carry out a patch test before first use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
4. Prices & currency
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), our base currency. Where another currency is displayed it is an approximate conversion for convenience; unless stated otherwise at checkout you are charged in GBP. Prices include UK VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a genuine pricing error occurs — and will refund any payment taken.
6. Pre-launch offer & promo codes
The launch offer (code HAIRFREE50) gives 50% off a customer’s first ONE-TIME order only. It is limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, does not apply to subscription orders, and may be amended or withdrawn at any time before it is redeemed.
7. Subscriptions & auto-renewal
“Subscribe & Save” orders renew automatically every 30 days until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to your payment method at the subscription price shown at sign-up (or the then-current price, notified to you in advance). You can skip, pause or cancel at any time before your next billing date from your account or via the manage-subscription link in your emails — there are no fees and no minimum term. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund an order that has already been dispatched.
8. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To do so, email Help@hairfreeco.com. Return unused items in resalable condition and we will refund you (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the goods back. For hygiene reasons, sealed personal-care products that have been opened cannot be returned under this statutory right unless faulty — but our satisfaction promise below may still apply.
9. Returns, refunds & our promise
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction promise: if a product isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days for a refund or replacement, even if opened. Faulty or incorrect items are refunded or replaced in full, including delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for how to return an item.
10. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Any import duties or taxes on international orders are the recipient’s responsibility.
11. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, imagery, branding and design — is owned by or licensed to HAIRFREE CO. and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
