Orders placed before 2pm (local time) are dispatched the same business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment it leaves our studio.

Shipping is completely free — worldwide, on every order, with no minimum spend. Your order is sent fully tracked and arrives in discreet, signature packaging. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your returns policy?
You're covered two ways. Statutory right: under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return unused items in resalable condition for a full refund. How do I return an item?
Email Help@hairfreeco.com with your order number and reason. We'll send a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.
