When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm (local time) are dispatched the same business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment it leaves our studio.
How much is shipping?
Subscriptions ship free within the UK mainland, with a small flat rate elsewhere. One-time UK orders are a flat £2.95 and free over £30. Europe and the rest of the world are charged a flat rate shown at checkout once we know your destination. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your returns policy?
You're covered two ways. Statutory right: under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return unused items in resalable condition for a full refund. Our promise: we also back every ritual with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if a product isn't right for you, contact Help@hairfreeco.com within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, even if opened. How do I return an item?
Email Help@hairfreeco.com with your order number and reason. We'll send a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.
